The Syllabus
1. The Syllabus shall be prescribed by the University
from time to time
2. The Board of studies shall periodically review
the syllabus and recommend such changes as it considers
necessary.
Scheme of Examination
There shall be a semester examination at the end of
six months. The Examination in each Paper shall be
for a maximum of one hundred of marks and three hours
duration.
Note
1. Practical will be conducted throughout the year
2. For 5 year LL.B course 6+2 hours per week per subject
is fixed
For paper settings there shall be one Board for Pre
Law Subject i.e., I to IV Semesters pf 5 year Law
course and Law papers i.e. V to X Semesters of 5 year
courses and to VI Semester of 3 year course, there
shall be another Board common to both courses.
Scheme of Examination for 3 year LL.B Course
There shall be a university Examination at the end
of the six months
